An existing customer called us and said she had two corporate lease apartments and need them on the market ASAP!
This customer knew our strengths and knew when she called us that we could rise to the level she needed. She just acquired two 1br / 1ba units that were completely empty. She needed them on the market in a matter of weeks. She gave us her budget and design preferences then we sprung into action, adjusting our priorities as needed. We purchased all the furnishings in 2 weeks then spent the next week doing the installs. In less than a month we had successfully furnished the two apartments. Before we completed the second unit, the first unit was already being rented out.
For the first apartment, the customer wanted a theme around modern green. For some pieces, the color wasn’t exact so we custom painted them. We also custom painted some pictures to blend the colors together, to make a very unique look.
For the second apartment, the customer wanted a bohemian look (or ‘boho’ look). We blended the colors to deliver that look. We even went as far as to do custom wall decorations wherein we created our own wall hangings to make things work.
