A Complete Readiness project. From raw to Divine.

Having heard of our success, our customer contacted us, asking us to take a raw, utouched, 2 br apartment, that she JUST rented and make it ready for market.

This required everything from the soap dish to the master bed be purchased and put in place. Paper towels, bathroom towels, coffee maker, and entertainment center, were just some of the items needed purchasing. Not only did we need to outfit the apartment but we had to make it stunning.

This was a brand new, unused apartment, on the first floor that led out to a courtyard that was an amazing space. We needed to make sure the interior was over the top divine. We purchased 100% of everything needed. It took 3 full days just to put everything in place. In the end, when the customer took her reveal tour, she knew she made the right decision. Within one week. her first customer had contracted for the place. It was a complete success!

Our customer priced her place to where she expects to recover her investment within 2 months. Having already booked her first customer within a week of completion, she’s clearly on the way to complete success.
